Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Chapter Zero registration fee is non-refundable. Once you have paid, you cannot cancel the registration for a refund, whether or not you take the test, and the fee cannot be transferred to another student or another edition.

If we cancel or postpone Chapter Zero so that you cannot take part, you can choose a full refund.

If money left your account but your registration does not show as confirmed, or you were charged twice, email administrator@liminalmath.com with the payment reference and your name. We will confirm the registration or refund the extra payment. Amounts debited for failed payments are normally returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.

Where a refund applies, it goes back to the original payment method (card, UPI or net banking) and usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank.
